General Requirements
Qualified Businesses
- Must be based in the United States.
- A minimum of six months of operational activity. 12 months or more with supported tax statements is preferred.
- $10,000 or more in gross monthly revenue.
- Minimum 600 credit score of principle owners
Documentation
- Three-month bank statements of business operating account are the minimum requirements, however six to twelve months are preferred.
- Three-month Profit and Loss Statements
- Term sheets of active loans and remaining balances
- Government Issue ID of all business owners
